Here are your tasks for week 1:

BY THURSDAY

• Fill out the confidential student questionnaire at this link so I can learn a little bit more about you.

• Read Anne Trubek’s “Why Tweet? And How To Do It”

• Read your syllabus and the pages on this website. There will be a quiz about these on Thursday! All the information from the paper syllabus is also available on this site.

We’ll spend Thursday’s class in a computer room (at the Writing Center: 218 Eicher Hall) going over the online components of the course. During the class, you will sign up for a Twitter account (even if you already have one, I will recommend getting a new one just for class) and a WordPress user account.
